I am so glad you decided to visit my site and learn more about discrimination in the workplace. I am an international student myself,  from Thailand currently studying in Toronto. Throughout my professional career, I have experienced discrimination so I wanted to create this study to understand how other minorities face this phenomenon. I am here to show you what I have learned, and hopefully, spark an interest in your mind as well.
